We werden aangenaam verrast door de vriendelijke ontvangst en de perfecte informatie door Jolanda de dochter des huizes. We hebben een zeer aangename week vertoeft in Hotel Serena, alles was goed, het eten, de kamers, de welness, kortom wij zijn zeer tevreden!!! Wij kunnen dan ook iedereen dit hotel aan bevelen!!! | Da: Luciano | | Hotel grazioso, pulito, ordinato e dotato dei comforts necessari per un soggiorno in montagna.
Ben posizionato sia per lo ski che per il dopo-ski.
Inoltre, la simpatia e la disponibilità della Sig.ra Assunta e sua figlia Iolanda, supportate dall'ottima cucina dello chef Valentino e alla cordialità degli addetti di sala Pino e Svetlana, sono riusciti a trasformare una settimana sulla neve in una splendida vacanza.

Es hat uns alle 6 sehr gut gefallen bei euch, und wir möchten uns aus Holland nochmals ganz herzlich bedanken für die besonders freundliche und liebe Betreuung von alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels Serena!
Das Essen war Super und das Schigebiet Val Gardena Selva HERVORRAGEND!
